What will it cost?

Two plans, one product: $50/month CAD for up to 2,500 contacts, or $150/month above that. Everything is included on both — unlimited users, every feature, and no setup, onboarding, or per-user fees. Design partners lock in founding-member pricing for life.

Are receipts CRA-compliant?

Yes. Receipting is built around Canada Revenue Agency requirements — it's core to the product, not an add-on.

We already use a donation tool. Why switch?

Tools like those collect gifts well but leave thin donor records. Donors is a real system of record: the gift flows into a full supporter profile with receipts, segments, and follow-up — so you actually build relationships, not just process transactions.

How hard is it to move off spreadsheets?

Most orgs move in an afternoon. AI-powered import reads any spreadsheet or export, maps your columns to the right fields automatically, and flags duplicates to merge — with reversible imports so leaving spreadsheets feels safe. Your data stays fully exportable.

Where is my data hosted?

In Canada. Donors runs on Canadian cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure's Canada Central region), so your donor data — contacts, gifts, and receipts — is stored and processed in Canada, in line with Canadian data-residency and privacy expectations.
